Life Together: Couple Days by Tecmanic also counts forward to a day you are waiting for: a date, an anniversary, or a visit. You add the day. The app shows how many days are left until it.
Long distance? Count the days until you see each other
If you live apart, put in the day you will be in the same place again. The countdown is the number of days until that visit. It does not connect to your partner's phone. Each of you keeps your own dates on your own device.
Your own photos as event backgrounds
You can use a photo you already have as the background of an event. That photo stays on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, it syncs only to your own private iCloud account. Tecmanic does not receive the photo. See the privacy policy.
Private by design (data stays on your phone and your own private iCloud)
Dates, countdowns, and photos stay on your phone and, if you turn iCloud on, in your own private iCloud. They are not shared with a partner's device. Tecmanic does not have access to that data.
The app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics, such as launches and purchase events. It does not collect your dates or your photos. Details are in the privacy policy and the terms of use.
FAQ
Does it sync with my partner's phone?
No. Not in v1. Each person's data stays on their own device and their own iCloud. Life Together: Couple Days does not sync or share with a partner's phone.
Does it work offline?
The dates, countdowns, and photos you save are stored on your iPhone. You can open them without sending them to Tecmanic. If iCloud is enabled, a copy syncs to your own private iCloud account.
