This license applies to the source code, designs, and other files in this
repository (the "Template"). By buying, downloading, or using the Template,
you ("Licensee") agree to these terms.
1. License grant
For each purchase, Tecmanic LLC grants the purchasing person or company a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use and modify the
Template to build applications ("End Products").
2. What you can do
a. Build unlimited End Products for yourself or your own company.
b. Build End Products for your clients, as long as each client receives
only a compiled or published app, or source code for that specific
End Product, and not the Template as a standalone product.
c. Modify, rebrand, and combine the Template with other code.
d. Publish End Products on the Apple App Store, Google Play, the web, or
anywhere else, for free or for a fee.
3. What you cannot do
a. Resell, sublicense, share, or give away the Template, or a lightly
modified version of it, as a template, UI kit, starter kit, or source
code product, whether free or paid.
b. Publish the Template's source code in a public repository or other
public location.
c. Share access to this repository, or copies of it, with anyone outside
your own team or the client you are building an End Product for.
d. Claim that you created the original Template.
4. Third-party components
The Template may include open-source packages, fonts, icons, or images
that are licensed by their owners under their own terms. Those terms
apply to those components, and this license does not override them.
5. Updates and support
Repository access may include future updates at Tecmanic LLC's
discretion. Support and customization are not included unless purchased
separately.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break its terms. When it ends,
you must stop using the Template and delete your copies. End Products
already published in compliance with this license may stay published.
7. No warranty
THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for your
End Products, including their security, privacy practices, legal
compliance, and app store approval.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TECMANIC LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
TEMPLATE OR THIS LICENSE. ITS TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT
YOU PAID FOR THE TEMPLATE.
9. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
