By downloading, installing, or using QuickTranslator, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
QuickTranslator is licensed, not sold. Tecmanic, LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the terms of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) under which you downloaded the app. The Apple EULA takes precedence in case of conflict regarding App Store distribution, refunds, and Apple-managed accounts.
You agree to use QuickTranslator only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Translations are produced by Apple's on-device Translation framework. Tecmanic does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any translation produced by the app. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of translations before relying on them for important decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety-related).
QuickTranslator depends on iOS and Apple's Translation framework. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tecmanic may release updates that change, pause, or remove features at any time.
The QuickTranslator name, logo, and app icon are owned by Tecmanic, LLC. The "Apple," "iPhone," and "App Store" marks are property of Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for QuickTranslator or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecmanic, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuickTranslator. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is currently zero — the app is free).
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify active email subscribers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
